Citation, commencement and interpretation1

These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational Pension Schemes (Trustees' Knowledge and Understanding) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 6th April 2006.

In these Regulations—

  • “the 2004 Act” means the Pensions Act 2004;

  • “the 1995 Act” means the Pensions Act 1995 M1.
