Regulation 91 of the 2001 Regulations shall be amended as follows.

In paragraph (1)(a) after “77(6) insert “, 78(2C)”.

In paragraph (5) after “Secretary of State” insert “and the Electoral Commission in the period which starts 10 days after the day of the poll and ends 15 days after the day of the poll”.
