The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 199(1) and (3) of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 20031. In accordance with section 199(2)(b)(iv) of that Act, she has consulted the National Assembly for Wales in relation to article 2.
