3. Subsections (1) and (2) of section 189 of the WRA(1) (register of abstraction and impounding licences), and any regulations having effect under that section, apply in relation to any licence issued, varied or revoked by virtue of paragraph 1 or 2 as if it were a licence under Chapter 2 of Part 2 of the WRA.
Section 198 of the WRA was amended by section 23 of the Act.
