For regulation 10 (Transfers) of the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes Regulations 20053 substitute—

“Transfers10.

For the purposes of Article 25(3) of Commission Regulation 795/2004, a transferor of a payment entitlement shall communicate the transfer to the relevant competent authority responsible for determining the particular single application in question and shall do so—

(a)

if he communicates the transfer on or before 23rd April 2006—

(i)

no later than three weeks before the transfer is to take place; and

(ii)

no later than three weeks before the last day for submission of the single application, or

(b)

if he communicates the transfer after 23rd April 2006—

(i)

no later than six weeks before the transfer is to take place; and

(ii)

no later than six weeks before the last day for submission of the single application.”.
