Despite the amendment made by paragraph 39 of Schedule 2 to the Act, section 36(13) of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000(1) as originally enacted continues to have effect in relation to a person registered under Part 10A of the 1989 Act for providing day care on any premises in England.
