The renewables obligation

4.—(1) Article 3 of the 2006 Order (the renewables obligation) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (1), after “13” insert “, 13A”.

(3) In paragraph (2)—

(a) after “under” insert “and certifying the matters in”; and

(b) after “32B(2)” insert “or (2ZA)”.
