2.—(1) The Employee Share Ownership Plans (Partnership Shares – Notice of Effects on Benefits, Statutory Sick Pay and Statutory Maternity Pay) Regulations 2000(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 in the second paragraph of the prescribed form of notice, omit the words “wife or husband” and substitute “spouse or civil partner”.
