This Order may be cited as the Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2006 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2007.

Subject to paragraph (3), this Order shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Articles 2(b), (c) and (d), 3, 4 and 6 and the Schedule shall come into force on 1st April 2007.

Subject to paragraphs (5), (6), (7) and (8), the provisions of this Order extend to the whole of the United Kingdom.

Article 5 extends to England and Wales and Northern Ireland only.

Subject to paragraphs (7) and (8), the modifications specified in the Schedule have the same extent as the provisions being modified.

The modification specified in paragraph 4(16) of the Schedule extends to Scotland only.

The modifications specified in paragraphs 4(17) and 6 of the Schedule extend to England and Wales and Northern Ireland only.
