3. Amend regulation 10 (earnings limits and thresholds)(1) as follows—
(a)for “2006” substitute “2007”;
(b)in paragraph (a) for “£84” substitute “£87”;
(c)in paragraph (b) for “£645” substitute “£670”; and
(d)in paragraphs (c) and (d) for “£97” substitute “£100”.
