Use of teaser animals E+W+S

[F1 21.—(1) No person may use a teaser animal to assist in the collection of semen unless it is approved for that purpose by the Secretary of State.

(2) But no such approval is required in respect of a teaser animal used to assist in the collection of semen at unlicensed premises.]
