135.—(1) Section 16 (working jointly with the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (4) for “Assembly” substitute “Welsh Ministers”.
(3) In subsection (5)—
(a)for “Assembly” substitute “Welsh Ministers” and
(b)for “it thinks” substitute “they think”.
