16. In Part 1 of Schedule 1A (bodies and other persons subject to general statutory duty) for paragraph 3 (National Assembly for Wales)(1) and the heading preceding it substitute—
“National Assembly for Wales Commission
3A The National Assembly for Wales Commission.
Welsh Assembly Government
3B—(1) The Welsh Ministers, the First Minister for Wales or the Counsel General to the Welsh Assembly Government.
(2) A subsidiary of the Welsh Ministers (as defined by section 134(4) of the Government of Wales Act 2006)..”.
