Amendment of regulation 4 of the principal Regulations

3.—(1) Omit regulation 4(1)(a) and (3) of the principal Regulations (enforcement and execution of regulations).

(2) In paragraph (4) of regulation 4, the first time the word occurs, omit—

“other”.
