2. 11th June 2007 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 15 (general qualifications bodies) of the Act, so far as it inserts into the Disability Discrimination Act 1995(1)—
(a)sections 31AA, 31AD and 31AE, for the purpose only of exercising any power to make regulations; and
(b)section 31AF.
