Amendment of Part 6
7.—(1) Amend regulation 17 as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1) after the word “biofuel” (where it appears a second time) insert the words “produced by a producer liable to make entry of premises under regulation 8A or 8E(6), who has not made such entry,”.
