Matters to be considered by the Chief Inspector E+W

6.  Any allegation that an early years provider has—

(a) failed to meet the learning and development requirements prescribed in [F1 Sections 1 and 2] of the Document; or

(b) failed to have regard to the [F2 matters in Sections 1 and 2] of the Document

may be taken into account by the Chief Inspector in the exercise of her functions under Part 3 of the Act.
