3. Section 127 of the Education Reform Act 1988 shall apply to any person employed by Cumbria Corporation immediately before 1 August 2007 as if reference in that section to—
(a)a person to whom that section applies were to a person so employed;
(b)the transfer date were to 1st August 2007;
(c)the transferor authority were to Cumbria Corporation; and
(d)the corporation were to St Martin’s College.
