Disclosure of information
11. In section 15 of the 1993 Act (confidentiality of information)(1), in subsection (1), after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)for the purposes of a complaint which is being investigated by the Parliamentary Commissioner or a Local Commissioner (or both),”.
