In section 32 of the 1974 Act (law of defamation, and disclosure of information)15, in subsection (1), after paragraph (b) insert—

the publication of any matter by a Local Commissioner or by any officer of the Commission, in communicating with the Parliamentary Commissioner or the Health Service Commissioner for England or any officer of either such Commissioner for the purposes of this Part of this Act;
