These Regulations may be cited as the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) (England and Northern Ireland) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and come into force on 1^st August 2007.

In these Regulations “the 2001 Regulations” means the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) (England and Northern Ireland) Regulations 2001 M1.
