The Local Authorities (Functions and Responsibilities) (England) Regulations 20002 are amended as follows.

In regulation 1(3), after the definition of the 2005 Act insert—
“the Gambling Act Order” means the Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No 6 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2006 (S.I. 2006/3272);3
