In paragraph (1) of regulation 14 (Offences), for sub-paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) substitute—

“(a)

an environmental statement;

(b)

supplementary information;

(c)

appropriate particulars;

(d)

additional information; or

(e)

any information required to be submitted by virtue of any provision of these Regulations,”.
