Amendment of the 1999 Regulations

14.  In regulation 18 (Offences), for sub-paragraphs (a) to (c) of paragraph (1) substitute—

“(a) an environmental statement;

(b) supplementary information;

(c) appropriate particulars;

(d) additional information; or

(e) any information required to be submitted by virtue of any provision of these Regulations,”.
