Transitional provisions

3.—(1) A licence issued under paragraph 7 of Schedule 13 to the Terrorism Act 2000(1) which has not expired before 1^st August 2007 shall have effect as if issued under paragraph 9 of Schedule 6 to the 2007 Act.

(2) An application may be made under or by virtue of paragraph 8(1) of Schedule 6 to the 2007 Act before 1^st August 2007.
