7. In Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000(1), before paragraph 13A insert—
“13ZA. The Ministry of Justice”.

Paragraph 13A was inserted by S.I. 2003/3171, art. 2(3); other amendments have been made to Part 1 of Schedule 1 which are not relevant to this Order.
