6.—(1) Section 170 (scope and nature of general duties) has effect with the following adaptations.
(2) In subsection (1), for “177” substitute “174”.
(3) Omit subsection (2).
(4) In subsection (3) after “The general duties” insert “in sections 171 to 174”.
