In paragraph 9 of Schedule 20 (effect of registration under Article 629: saving for powers of company to alter its constitution etc), for “None of the provisions of this Order (except Article 454(3))” substitute “None of the provisions of this Order, and none of the provisions of the Companies Act 2006 (except section 996(2)),”.
