In section 35(2) of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978 (no appeal from High Court to Court of Appeal in certain circumstances), in paragraph (g)(iii) for “the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “the Companies Acts (as defined in section 2 of the Companies Act 2006”.
