17. For rule 49(2) substitute—
“(2) The proceedings referred to in paragraph (1) are proceedings under—
(a)the Companies Act 1985(1);
(b)the Companies Act 1989(2);
(c)the Companies Act 2006(3); and
(d)other legislation relating to companies.”.
