14. In regulation 34 of the SSR 2007—
(a)in paragraph (1) after “compressed degree course”, insert “or a designated distance learning course”;
(b)in paragraph (2)(b) after “attendance on”, insert “or, in the case of a designated distance learning course, undertaking”.
