Title, extent and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Charges for Residues Surveillance (Amendment) Regulations 2007, extend to Great Britain and come into force on 1st October 2007.

The Charges for Residues Surveillance Regulations 20064 shall be amended in accordance with this regulation.

In Schedule 1, for the table, substitute the table in the Schedule to these Regulations.
