This Order applies to the whole of the Metropolitan Borough of Solihull except—
a
the entire length of the M6 Motorway within the borough, including its on and off slip roads;
b
the entire length of the M42 Motorway within the borough, including its on and off slip roads; and
c
all roads within the site of Birmingham International Airport.
