1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces (Gurkha Pensions) Order 2007.
(1) This Order comes into force on 1st October 2007.
(2) In this Order “the AFPS 2005” means the Armed Forces Pension Scheme 2005 established by the Armed Forces Pension Scheme Order 2005(1) and set out in Schedule 1 to that Order.
