Title, application, commencement and cessation1
These Regulations—
a
may be cited as the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (No.3) Regulations 2007;
b
apply in England;
c
come into force at 8 p.m. on 13th September 2007; and
d
cease to have effect on 15th October 2007.
