Citation, commencement and interpretation1

This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting Act 1990 (Independent Radio Services Exceptions) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 19th March 2007.

In this Order, “wireless telegraphy apparatus” has the meaning given by section 117 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 20062.
