For paragraph 9 of Schedule 2 to the Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (Consolidation) (England) (Regulations) 2001 M1 substitute—

“9.

The person is a person who is, as respects the profession of school teacher, entitled to practice pursuant to Part 2 and Chapters 1, 2 and 4 of Part 3 of the European Communities (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) Regulations 2007 M2.”.
