Amendment to the Education (School Teachers' Qualifications) (England) Regulations 2003 E+W

4.  For paragraph 8 of Schedule 2 to the Education (School Teachers' Qualifications) (England) Regulations 2003 M1 , substitute—

“8.   The person is a person who is, as respects the profession of school teacher, entitled to practice pursuant to Part 2 and Chapters 1, 2 and 4 of Part 3 of the European Communities (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) Regulations 2007.”.
