Amendment of Schedules 7 and 8 to the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006

19.  In paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 7 (extended payments of housing benefit) and paragraph 2(3) of Schedule 8 (extended payments (severe disablement allowance and incapacity benefit) of housing benefit) for “regulation 80(4)(c)” substitute “regulation 80(3)(c)”.
