The governing body of the Castle Hill Primary School(1) (“the School”), a qualifying body for the purposes of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Education Act 2002(2) (“the Act”) have, in accordance with section 4(2) of the Act, consulted the local education authority and such persons as appear to them to be appropriate, including the parents of the registered pupils at the School and the staff working at the School.
It is the opinion of the Secretary of State pursuant to section 1(1)(a) of the Act, having regard to the matters set out in section 1(2), that the implementation by the governing body of the School of the provisions of this Order may contribute to the raising of educational standards in England.
In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 2(1) of the Act, the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families, on the application of the governing body of the School, makes the following Order:
1. This order may be cited as the Castle Hill Primary School (Change to School Session Times) Order 2007 and comes into force on 29th October 2007.
2. The Changing of School Session Times (England) Regulations 1999(3) are not to apply to the governing body of the School.
3. This Order has effect up to and including 30th November 2007.

This Order is made under section 2 of the Education Act 2002. Article 2 provides that the Changing of School Session Times (England) Regulations 1999 do not apply to the governing body of Castle Hill Primary School. Article 3 specifies that the Order shall have effect up to and including 30th November 2007.
