Amendment of article 25

84.  In article 25(1) (specific obligations of the Society in respect of pharmacy technicians’ and prospective pharmacy technicians’ education, training and the acquisition of experience), in paragraph (f)—

(a) after “article 22(1)(a)(iii) and (iv),” insert “for the purposes of rules under article 39(1),”; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (v), after “Part 2” insert “or Part 3”.
