12.  The following instruments are revoked—

(a) The British Nationality (Dependent Territories) Regulations 1982(1);

(b) The British Nationality (British Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Regulations 2003(2);

(c) The British Nationality (British Overseas Territories) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2003(3); and

(d) Paragraph 4 of Part 2 of Schedule 13 to the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2005(4).
