10.  In Schedule 9(1)—

(a) before paragraph 1ZA insert—

“1XA.   The Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform.

1YA.   The Department for Children, Schools and Families.”,

(b) omit paragraphs 2 and 4, and

(c) after paragraph 3 insert—

“3A. The Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills.”
