Interpretation

2.—(1) In these Regulations “the 2006 Regulations” means the Radioactive Contaminated Land (Modification of Enactments) (Wales) Regulations 2006(1).

(2) Any reference to the Secretary of State in sections 78F(1A) and 78N(1C) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990(2) is not to be read as a reference to the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales.
