Regulation 72 (entry and inspection) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1), for “paragraphs (2) and (3)” substitute “this regulation”.

In paragraph (2)—
a
in sub-paragraph (f)(iii), for “in evidence” substitute “as evidence”; and
b
in sub-paragraph (g), delete “or the authorised person”.

for “shall direct” substitute “may direct”; and
b
for “sub-paragraph (c)” substitute “paragraph (2)(c)”.
