2.—(1) The Gambling Act 2005 (Premises Licences) (Review) Regulations 2007(1) shall be amended as follows.
(2) The following provisions are omitted—
(a)paragraph (3) of regulation 8,
(b)regulation 10, and
(c)in the heading to Schedule 4, the words “and responsible authorities”.
