4. In regulation 13—
(a)for paragraph (2) substitute—
“(2) In a case which is, or is likely to be classified as, a Very High Cost Case, the right conferred by section 15(1) of the Act is to select only a member of a Very High Cost Case (Crime) Panel.”;
(b)omit paragraph (3).
