In the entry for Devon Fire Authority in the Schedule (fire and rescue authorities to which article 4 applies and services that may be provided for a commercial purpose), for “Devon Fire Authority” substitute “Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Authority”.

In the Schedule omit the entry for Somerset County Council.
