17. In regulation 10(1) (inspection of registers) of the Education (Pupil Registration) (England) Regulations 2006(1)—
(a)for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a)Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills; and”;
(b)omit sub-paragraph (b).
