SCHEDULE 1 AMENDMENTS TO THE PRINCIPAL SCHEME

Amendment of Article 18(1B)(e)

1.  In Article 18(1B)(e) for “52” substitute “104”.

Amendment of Schedule 3

2.  For Schedule 3 of the principal Scheme (rates of pensions and allowances payable in respect of disablement and earning or income thresholds) there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in Schedule 2 of this Scheme.

Amendment of Schedule 4

3.  For Schedule 4 of the principal Scheme (rates of pensions and allowances payable in respect of death) there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in Schedule 3 of this Scheme.
